A not-for-profit creating pathways to skills, employment and sustainable livelihoods for youth, women and underserved communities across India.
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
Across India, millions of young people and adults have the ambition to build better lives, but do not always have access to the skills, digital tools, financial knowledge or employment opportunities needed to move forward.
SVSS works to bridge this gap by creating pathways from learning to skills, confidence, opportunity and livelihood.
Established in 2009, Shri Vishwamitra Shikshan Samiti began its journey around recruitment, employment and campus placement. In 2012, SVSS expanded into vocational training and skill development. Over time, its work evolved from training for jobs to building broader pathways towards employment, entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.
Today, SVSS works with government institutions, corporates, foundations, development organisations and industry partners to implement programmes that reach underserved communities across India.
